Not getting course completion in FireFox and Safari

Running into a perplexing issue - I have a course which was created with Lectora 11 - I am getting completions in IE 8 but not Firefox (both PC/Mac) and Safari
On last page I have an Action
On Show
Modify Variable
AICC_Lesson_Status
Set Equal to
completed
I tested this course in Safari 5 and FireFox 18 and 20.
Any help/insight would be greatly appreciated.

Still does not pass a completion

Sam problem but not showing on Explorer.
I am using Lectora Inspire v11 for the first time since the upgrade. My course has a single test question to confirm understanding but the course never shows complete. I have been advised by Travantis to add an action to the las page with the target AICC_Lesson_Status, Set Equal To completed but this still does not mark as complete on the LMS (Skillport). I am publishing in SCORM 1.2
Help Please driving me mad.
