why two completed status in record

I used only one trigger for “AICC_Lesson_Status” but in record it is displaying two completed status.
Do anyone have any idea about it?

Sometimes an LMS will automatically look for a status at the end of the course so if your trigger is from a page or two before the end it may be firing twice. It could also be pushing out the variable once the test is submitted.
