Why can't they see html video?

Are you publishing to HTML then moving the files to the cd? I;m still wondering why your IT dept wants you to use that format instead of the normal pub to cd or pub to exe file. I mean, the courses aren't that big are they?

Well, they can't see the video. I am thinking that they will need to install the viewer to all machines, but then why is Lectora "pack and go"? I thought that it would be able to play within the condensed file? Do I have to copy the player into the file? I'm so confused!
