Why can't they see html video?

What version of Lectora are you using? If version 8.0 or higher you may need to turn off the video compression during publishing to HTML. There is a compression tab as part of the publishing options. All you need to do is uncheck the compression and this may solve your problem.

Well, they can't see the video. I am thinking that they will need to install the viewer to all machines, but then why is Lectora "pack and go"? I thought that it would be able to play within the condensed file? Do I have to copy the player into the file? I'm so confused!
