Where can I find a list of the commands that can be passed from Flash to Lectora?

I've been reading some other forum posts and apparently there are some ActionScript commands to be able to pass information from a Flash file embedded in Lectora, to Lectora itself.

For example:

flash.external.ExternalInterface.call("VarChoice.set('1')");

flash.external.ExternalInterface.call("trivNextPage()");[/CODE]

I was just wondering where I could find a list of the commands that can be used, such as 'trivNextPage()'.
