Launching a Flash EXE file causes an error message on close

I've got a Lectora project that is being published to an exe file. In the project, there is a button that launches an external exe file, which was made in Flash. The reason I went with an external exe instead of embedding the Flash file directly into the Lectora project is that the size of the Flash module is larger than the Lectora project, so if the user launches it within Lectora, after they're finished watching the Flash portion, the size of the Lectora project is off and it forces you to either resize the window manually or use scroll bars.
If you close the Lectora exe before you've launched the Flash exe, there's no problem. But, if you launch the Flash exe, when you go to close the Lectora exe you get an error message. It says:
Lectora
c:UsersUsernameAppDataLocalTempplayer.swf was not found.

Does anyone know what might be causing this and how I could fix it? It doesn't hurt anything, the project runs fine, but I'd rather not show it to a client if that error is going to pop up every time they close it.
Thanks.
