When Starts Playing for Actions

I would really like to see a "When Starts Playing" option for actions. This would be useful for timing things on initial start up of pages for audio files that are not visible and set to initially start playing. Due to the initial load time of such files, it's sometimes hard to get visual effects to be timed right, where if there were a "When Starts/Begins Playing" option for actions it would be no problem.Thanks!
