Video and progress bar

I have a video (wmv) on each page that plays automatically with a pause/play button that toggles the playback. That all works perfectly.I want a progress bar to show the remaining video time. Actions do not seem to tie in to the bar so I faked it by setting it as a timer and matching its time to the vid duration. Worked great. I also need it to stop and go with the pause/play button.That's where I'm stuck. Tho it looks like an action (tied to the pause button) will pause the bars progress, it does not. The stop action stops it alright but starts it over again when the other action (tied to the play button) tells it to play.Any ideas?
