Suggestions for Actions

I want an action that will actually pause the progress bar, not just stop it. I'm thinking that the progress bar tool should have an option in the "Custom" type that would have a bar run by itself for a user-determined amount of time but can be paused using an action. This feature would allow a progress bar to run the length of a video for those of who don't want to look at the vid controls that came with it or want to make our own controlsOr maybe just make a video tracking bar that sets it's length according to a targeted video and pauses when it pauses.
