Vector Graphic Support

I feel vector graphic support (SVG) is very badly needed in 2021.

I know Lectora does support EMF, but Illustrator's Asset Export tool doesn't support it, requiring extra clicks and the file size ends up being massive.

I've held off on upgrading from V18 due to a number of simple interface usability issues that are still unresolved, but would consider doing so for SVG support (since I could build everything including text in Illustrator and just drop it in).

It's always a struggle to get text rendering perfectly, get custom fonts working, and the "convert to image" feature produces woeful resolution as we all know.

Vector support is more important than ever, especially now that Lectora supports scaling to fill browser window and screens are only getting bigger. It would also drastically reduce course file size and loading times!
