Do away with "Maintain Ratio" when resizing objects

It's a real pain to resize objects, not knowing whether this is enabled/disabled for the currently selected object until you open the Position & Size tab.
Why not follow the convention of:
- Regular resize: do not maintain ratio
- Hold Shift and resize: maintain ratio
