German characters not appearing correctly in test results

Hi Everyone,
I'm working on a German-language course and am experiencing problems with my Test Results page.
All special German characters (ü, ä, ö, etc.) are appearing simply as "?".
Has anyone else encountered this issue, or devised a fix?

Sounds as if you're using a non-web-safe font (or Lectora is). Can you change to a known good font, e. g. Arial?
@carlfink All fonts are set to the default Arial - it turns out that the issue was arising from importing the German text from the test Excel template. Re-adding these characters manually has resolved the issue!
