Variables Quick Reference Guide

I am teaching some team members variables and it would be helpful to have a Quick Reference Guide (QRG) that lists all the Reserved variables, the definition and tips on when to use them? There is the user guide but I'm looking for something outside of that guide.
Also, if you have other User-Defined variables that you use often and could be helpful that would be cool.
