Variables losing their contents

I'm creating a page with a series of calcuations. Essentially, it subtotals 3 groups of variables (input via text entry fields), it adds two of the subtotals together, then divides by the third and converts to a percent.

It works fine in preview and debug, but as soon as it is published to HTML (alone, SCORM or AICC), several of the calcuations cease to work, and show actions on a couple of the text fields don't work.

It's a long list of variables and actions, so I don't want to post them here- nobody would read such a long post! But has anyone had experience with HTML causing issues with variables and/or calculations.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
