Collapsible list

Does anyone have a suggestions for how to create a collapsible list on a page? I need to display a list (not the TOC list) of items with headings, subheadings, etc. It's a very, very long list and so I want the user to be able to expand and collapse items to view only what they want to see.
Any suggestions?
