Variable contents rounding when published to HTML

I've got a calculation that is rounding down when published to HTML. It rounds up in debug mode and preview mode, which is what it should be doing. This happens whether or not I include a Round action.
Does anyone know why publishing would change the way a value is rounding? HELP!
