If you are transitioning them in on a delay, you need to have the visibility checked as initially visible otherwise they won't show up.

I am trying to have text and graphics pop on after various delays once the page shows. I have tried having the text and images start invisible and after a delay have the action toggle the visibility and I have tried having the first action hide the item on page show and a second action show the item after a delay on the hide. Nothing happens. My items stay invisible. What am I missing?
