Tiling two instances of Lectora in Windows XP?

We often need to have two instances of Lectora running side by side. Normally I'd show the desk top (reducing all other open programs) and then right click my task bar and select, "Tile Windows Vertically", to put the two windows evenly spaced side by side.

But issuing the, "Tile Windows Vertically" command doesn't work. It only leaves one Lectora window open.

Does anyone know of a work around, or is this a known bug or "feature"?

Thanks in advance for any and all help!
