Flash Player versions and audio skins

Our developer team upgraded to Lectora 9 over the last few days.Now when we publish a course with audio, some of our learners are not able to see the audio play bar controller. We thought we could solve this problem by using our own custom Skin for the audio play bar, but the Skin tab is greyed out when we view the play bar properties. (We DO have video skins available to us in the drop down on video files.)This doesn't solve the problem.When we publish in the old version of Lectora, our learners see the content with no problem. It's when we publish with Lectora 9, that learners can't see or hear the media, or even see the play bar.Any ideas?Edited By: web_lady on 2008-12-16 11:52:5
