Text Wrap

Just today I started working again in Lectora Online after having to spend a few month on Lectora 19.
Old files that I have with text wrap are working, but new files that I am trying to create are not. Pasting in the old text box and picture into a new file is also not letting the text wrap work. The text is not responding to the image on top, but making seemingly random large line breaks and ignoring the image border.
Is there any necessary maneuvering in Lectora Online to make the text wrap work?
Incidentally, text wrap did not work in Lectora 19 either.

I turns out that a recent HTML Extension my company demands, disables the Wrap Text. I'll have to take this up with our programmers.
