Tests within a Chapter

Several points. 1. You can't put a test inside a chapter. Most people have it follow it immediately.2. You CAN put all the chapter pages inside the test. That works pretty well unless you are using questions for activities but don't want them graded.3. You can ignore the question wizard feedback and provide your own by checking the question variable and if incorrect, displaying a message and NOT going to the next page.
