Template TOC not scrolling

We have created a title (using the Lectora 2008 Title Wizard, "Standard e-learning Course" template), and the table of contents does not follow along with course progress in either IE7 or Firefox 2. Rather, the Table of Contents seems to be refreshed with each new page selected, but at the top versus where in the course you are. While viewing the course, which I can direct you to if needed, in IE6 it scrolls and follows along as expected. When publishing to html, two files are created which seem to control this functionality (toc2.css and toc2.html), but I certainly need help deciphering/correcting them.I didn't want to flood the forum with code, but if anyone's interested in helping, I can certainly post portions of the "toc" css or html contents here. Or, I can direct you to the site if that helps as well.BTW, I did speak with tech support...but was told that I could not change the background color of the published html web page, that the 800 X 600 size could not be changed, and that this Table of Contents is not designed to scroll or move along with the learner. I know two thirds of that info has turned out to be incorrect...I'm hoping I can fix this one also.Thanks for your time...
