Open the properties in Lectora and look for Play Continuously. For OTHER than .swf there is a Play Continuously option. Uncheck it if not already done. If already unchecked, I have no clue cause that works here with my videos. Now as to the non-black last screen, best I can suggest is to add an event using the Lectora Suite at the end to show a hidden graphic of the last frame which is on top of the video. Have not done that before. I would use the video editor and screen capture/edit the last frame for the pic.
