Not sure I understand. As far as I know each LMS API call is made 'as it is called' not queued up for submission after hitting close.To get the completion reported use an action to update (set the Variable cotents) of the AICC_Lesson_Status (for SCORM 1.2) or CMI_Completion_Status (for 2004) to completed.
