Latin American Developers or Company?

One of my clients has a large learning organization in Mexico City. I asked them and they recommended Santillana Group; the company is based in Spain but has representation in several LA countries. I do not know if they work in Lectora or not; but at least it is a starting point for you.Good luck,Jay
