SumTotal course window size

All the variables are set and this works in our old LMS system, but we are upgrading to Sumtotal 7.6. In the old system we had to select "close window" which is a button in the LMS to complete a course. If you selected the X at the top it would not show complete. All the variables are carried out prior to selecting "close window". In the new LMS seems like this same function occurs. If I publish to aicc/scorm a nav bar is displayed with an X and the frame the course is in has an X for closing the window. So you basically see 2 X's (one from the nav bar and one above it that closes the window) If you select the nav bar X it shows complete. If you select the outter window X is shows as started, but not complete. Using the script above or the sumtotal publisher allows me to remove the nav bar in the manifest, but will not show me complete. The sumtotal publisher is suppose to correct this if I select close (the X on the frame), but doesn't seem to work. I was just curious if someone else ran into any issues with the script above or the sumtotal publisher. thanks All the variables are set and this works in our old LMS system, but we are upgrading to Sumtotal 7.6.
