Hello Taylor415.Take a look at this posting that looked at the same issue. Please note you can not send data to a local drive such as C:Documents and Settingsu52p50My DocumentsGEICODev FilesLECTORANEWProctorFunctionRequest FormhtmlProtcorDB.mdb. You have to setup your access database on a server to test.Also ensure that the column sizes and types are correct. ie. column width is wide to accept your data and types are correct for text versus numeric data.Regards,
