Submit Oddity for Multiple Tests

Ok, I just want to double check. 1. Does the submit button have an action that says "On click, go to, ...." and is the submit page different for each test or the same submit page for all test takers? 2. Is the go to set to which main Test book? 3. and is each Test book labeled differently? Does that make sense or is it clear as mud?
