SWF Controls?

Hi,I'm embedding a SWF into a Lectora 2007 file and would like to add pause and restart buttons (play worked as a standard button).Under 'Flash Commands' in the help section, there is a reference to a 'Pause' command and a 'Go To Frame' command that I can use for pause and restart, respectively.But the directions aren't clear about how to find undefined but that's not working.I appreciate any direction you folks out there have to offer.Thanks.
