Starting slides with ipad
November 22, 2016 12:00 AM
I have a course mostly made up of videos and audio, and since these can't autoplay on ipad and phones I'm trying to figure out a simple work around.
Only thing I've been able to come up with so far is have button on each page, and have the user click it to start the video or audio, but i'm running into an issue where it does seem to always work.
What has other people tried to get around this to get their slides to go?

I did exactly that in one of my courses and it worked perfectly fine. Also, Lectora 17 will have autoplay for iPad!
From other conversations I've gathered that you can add this code: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/12496144/can-you-autoplay-html5-videos-on-the-ipad
Jennifer - thanks, i'll take a look into that.
Sergey - That's going to be nice when 17 comes out.
