Small issue with 'Size To' action

Hey everyone,

this is my first post, I've found a lot of solutions on here, so before I want to say anything I should say thanks in advance.

I am using the size to function to make a picture become larger, and then become smaller again, which was simple enough. I'm happy with it for the most part.

However, the zoom works only from the TOP LEFT of the image, as you may be aware. As in, the image stretches out to the right and the bottom only, starting from the top left edges and not expanding beyond the top or the left of the image.

I want the image to zoom in differently, for example, from the middle or from the bottom. Specifically, if I could, I would like the image to zoom in from the middle and bottom, making the image grow upward and also grow equally from left and right.

Anyway, is there anyway to make the image zoom from another part of the small image.
