Show/Hide TOC.

While we love the TOC, it is a space hog. Ideally, we want a button that when clicked, makes the TOC go visible/invisible, and when visible, it sits on top of a portion of the screen content, similar in html, to a div layer that has a z index of zero.I dont want to do a separate pop up window, and I dont want to lose the primary content on the screen. I just want to have the TOC show up nicely on top of a portion of the screen, and then go away, on command.Any suggestions out there? Thanks in advance.

Have you tried putting the TOC "on top" and using a button to toggle it's visibility? Tim
