Shifting Text Boxes

Has anyone had problems with text boxes shifting when you publish a course? When I align all my textboxes in Lectora they look fine. But then when I publish the course in some pages the text boxes shift so that the text is running into another text box. COLOR=BLUE]Mahalo!
