Putting a time limit on each question in a test

We are using Lectora Publising Suite v.9. We need to create a Certification test where each question is timed. There are 50 questions and the end-user only has a minute to answer each question, at which point they are advanced automatically to the next question. Has anyone done this before, or have any suggestions on how we could program this?
