Let's just say it has for me. When I change a graphic and it is different size, I find I have to open each instance where it is used, select something else from the list. Close. It resizes to this image. Reopen. Select the intended image. Close. It now resizes to the new version of the image. If there is only one, I have found that if I open it then change the graphic, then close, it resizes immediately. I think it will do that even if I just have it selected, not the properties open. It is those copies of the graphic on other pages that go nuts.
