SCORM published - navigation restricted

I've published my course to SCORM 1.2. It contains a single AU with several topics. When I test by publishing to HTML, I'm able to navigate from one topic to the next without having to complete a topic. When it's deployed to SABA LMS, it's necessary to complete a topic to advance to the next one.I'm using Lectora 2008. The topic menu isn't created in Lectora. I use an embedded HTML with links to the first page of each topic.Any suggestions on why publishing to SCORM breaks the navigation?Thank you.Edited By: graceD on 2008-5-9 10:33:4
