Sample Test with Feedback in Text Boxes?

I was wondering if anyone has a sample project that they can share with me that involves a test with multiple questions on one page and the feedback displayed on that page on submit?I'm wondering what the best way is to process the test's questions, score it, and still display the feedback on the page without having to navigate elsewhere based on pass/fail.Mostly, I'm just trying to quickly learn how to create a test with multiple questions and it would be easiest to see a sample of one that's already created!
