How Library Objects Function

Hello Sherry, Unfortunately, that is not how library objects in Lectora work. Once an object has been inserted it becomes part of the title and forgets that it is a library object. Updating an object in the library will not make the global change that you are looking for. One possible way to accomplish what you are trying to achieve is by "replacing" every instance of the code in notepad. You would need to file/export to XML. Then open the XML file in notepad. Then edit/replace: For example if you wanted to change the bold text of "click here" to "please click here", you would find:click here and replace:please click here. This will update every instance of the line of code. It's a little more of an advance technique, but affective.
