Restrict user to take the test again

You do this by putting a transparent gif on top of the question radio buttons or check boxes. You can use one to cover most of the page. Make it not visible and show it if the question has an answer. It is not visible the first time thru. Add one action to the page:On show; Action: Show; Target: transparent gifCondition: Question_xxxx Not Equal and then leave the Value field blank. This will solve our run time problem but will make it a bit difficult to work on the page in Lectora because each time you click on the page you will get the transparent gif. Easiest thing to do is go to File menu > Preferences and turn on Visibility Check Boxes. Read about them in the User guide. They allow you to hide objects while you are working on the page but have no effect on the actual running of the page.
