Reports for branching courses

After research in several developer's forums, training and elearning communities, I have found that there is little going on with specialized reporting for branching courses.The most common practice seems to be creating a course map diagram as part of the storyboarding process, then using it as a guide to read reports on questions/answers to analyse paths and trends.
