Hot Spot questions

Hi all,I'm baffled by the Hot Spot questions included in Lectora. I don't understand how the radio buttons relate to the question image. In my experience, a Hot Spot question allows you to set up a clickable area or areas on screen as a correct response. Can anyone point me to an example of a Lectora Hot Spot question? I couldn't find one on the Trivantis site.I understand how to set up what I think of as a hot spot using a transparent button, but is there a way to include that as a question within a Test?Thanks very much,Kathy
