Remediation with Randomized questions

I'm trying to set up a test that will send a learner to remediation if s/he gets the answer wrong.
1. I have the button set up to take the learner back to the content (for remediation) and from there I would like to send the learner back to the test question that s/he got wrong. So far I've got this to work.
2. I have a group of 3 questions that are randomized. The customer would prefer that after the learner has reviewed the (remediation) information that the learner not get the original question that s/he got wrong, but instead get one of the other 2 questions. Has anyone done this? (I'm trying to set up if the question variable has 'Incorrect' that it bypass that question, but it is not working.
3. From there I would like to send the learner back to the test results page to remediate on any other questions they got incorrect.
Has anyone done this?
