Make sure you also choose appropriate audio settings when doing your voiceovers to compress the filesize down. Voice narration can be set to a very low bit rate and format, and there's no need for full stereo recording either mono works very well in most cases. Taking the time to choose the correct settings up front before recording can drastically reduze the end filesize.
