Ranking Question Not Functioning

I have come across an issue and have no clue how to fix it. I have a quiz built with 3 questions, two ranking and one multiple choice. If you answer all 3 questions correctly, it moves you to the next page (as intended). However, if you answer one of the ranking questions incorrect, it brings you to a knowledge check page (intended) but adds in the multiple choice question as correct as well, even though it has been answered correctly. I have tried to rebuild the question page and the knowledge check page and still the same issue. I tried to re-create the ranking question and move to matching and still doesn’t work.
Solution
I was able to resolve the issue. Turned out the text box on the knowledge check page was not set to initially hidden.

Hi Donna, would it possible to get a copy of your project (can be stripped down to just the quiz and knowledge check page, what ever is needed to get this behavior)? Testing with the Test Results, when I answer a ranking question incorrectly the MC question is shown as correct, so if possible I'd like to test this with your project
