Task Queue failed at step 5: Playlist could not be loaded: Error 2032

RESOLVED: I figured out it was the course that was having the issues. I copied over my content to a new template and the issue resolved itself.


I am trying to insert a video into one of my courses. The original video was a flv. I converted the file over to a mp4 and when I try to sync events, I get this error. Is it the video, or something within Lectora? I have tried to convert and publish the video many different times and get the same error.

Great you were able to resolve it yourself. For others: I figured out it was the course that was having the issues. I copied over my content to a new template and the issue resolved itself.
