Randomised Test Issue

I have built a test section which consists of 20 questions. I am using the "Random Selection of Pages" which I have set to 10. Prior to publishing, it all works fine. Each time I try the test, I am assigned 10 questions that have been randomly selected for the student to complete. The issue is when I publish the title and run the course from a single executable file, the test section will give you a random number of test questions - pick a number between 1 and 10 each time you access the test e.g. you might only get 2 questions in the test, but not the intended 10.I also noticed that the page numbering in the test section will sometimes start at "0" instead of "1" as it should. Does anyone know why this is happening? Why won't it work as it does in run mode?Any help would be greatly appreciated - Thanks
