Radio Buttons

I have a question with 2 radio buttons (manually created). How can I keep the user from being able to click on both buttons? I only want them to be able to click one radio button at a time. This is for an exam, similar to a true fals exam, but the user has to click the statement that best describes them. There is no actual question.a (radio button) Is this your personalityb (radio button) Is this your personalityI do not want the user to be able to choose both answers.
