Question #'s Keep Counting Up

Hi,
Just launched a course in Adobe Connect. We have a quiz in there with 20 questions. When we go reporting to see how people answered, the questions #'s keep counting up for learners. For example, when the first user to take a course finishers, the question answers for each individual is listed as 1-20. However, the second users has them listed as 21-40. This makes it hard to do trends on how people are answering questions. If however, we create a course in Captivate instead of Lectora, it reports each users questions with the correct number instead of counting higher and higher.
My question is, is there some setting I may have messed up in Lectora?
