Publisher Not Saving Correctly?

Is anyone else having this issue?

Lectora Publisher v11.3.2 (9292) on a Windows 7 64 bit desktop.

I have created a course, and in that course I have created a question that when the user answers it correctly an audio file is triggered. That audio file has a "Sync Events" that was set to a time with an action of "Go To" target "Next Page". I saved the project when I was finished authoring it, then I published it. Then I closed Lectora. I reopened the project a few minutes later to check something on it and the "Sync Events" for that audio file still had the proper timing, but the action and target were gone. I know they were there because my published course plays fine and goes on to the next page when that question is answered.

This is not the first time this has happened, but it is the first time that I have been actually sure that it was not me forgetting to sync the event.

Any insight to what is going wrong would be appreciated.
