Button Inconsistent in iOS

Hi, I've got a weird one that I cannot figure out. Using Lectora Publisher v11.3.2 I have a quiz and it works fine in the LMS in all PC and Android environments, but when it runs in iOS (any device) the "OK" button will sometimes have a flashing blue bar next to it (see attached pic) and it will not work. I tap it over and over and it does not proceed. If I open a new tab in the browser (or go to an already open tab) and then go back to the tab the quiz is in the blue bar is gone and the button works on the first tap. Any ideas as to what is going on? It doesn't happen on every question, and each time I go into the quiz it will happen on different questions. Any help here is appreciated.

***EDIT: I have discovered this only occurs in iOS 8.x Any lower version of iOS and the buttons work fine.
